Boo!
Very scary to think that this coming Saturday is November 2nd already! It’ll be Christmas before you can say “he did the monster mash”. Assuage your terror with the knowledge that this Saturday means the delivery of our Nova Scotia Oxford County frozen blueberry order. Bring some sort of insulator ( a padded bag, cooler, newspapers) to keep your berries in top condition. Haley will oversee the delivery, downstairs in the gym, ETA is 12:30.
Our Saturday rehearsal with be enhanced (entranced?) by a community singalong commencing at 11:15, so invite one and all to join us. We’ll cast a spell on each other for sure.
Before a zombie eats your brain, please mark your calendar for Saturday December 7th – our end of term Concert, Community Singalong, and Bake Sale. We’ll meet for our usual morning rehearsal, linger afterwards for one hour to decorate the place, come back for a 6pm warm up, doors open at 6:30, and concert commences at 7pm. We’ll be looking for volunteers to help organize the bake sale, man the door, and help with a few other tasks. More on all this in the weeks to come.
On this damp night of the living dead, may you avoid vampires on your way home, steer clear of the goblins determined to steal your magic amulet and for goodness sake – don’t let the local witch steal your voice! You need it.
See ya Saturday.
