Fellow Choristers:
Well, a mere week from this Sunday and it’s to the stage for you guys. Any extra time you can spend on home practice in the coming days would be time well spent. Knowing your parts at this point allows us to focus on musicality and pulling it all together. Let Me Go and Come Love Away should be your primary focus. Reminder that for Minun Kultani we’re only doing verse one. Additionally, Hanna has sourced the pronunciation for the word brachet in E L’alegie.
Our poster QR codes DO work. So do the links. Poster poster poster and invite everyone you know 🙂 even if they can’t come they’ll learn about the choir and you can share with them. Also mention that all purchases/contributions are cash only.
Just a reminder that we still need volunteers for the concert, specifically at the door and craft table who are not choir members. Choir members need to be early to warm up prior to the concert – it’s really important for us to be ready and nimble in tune. We’ll confirm the timing early next week.

April 22 – Done. A little bird told this absent author that a few pieces hit the ground too hard however failure is the prelude of ultimate success. Practice practice practice.
April 29 – brush up on concert material, last rehearsal before dress rehearsal
May 6 – dress rehearsal, 9:30 am, Laidlaw United Church, 155 Ottawa Street N. (at Cannon)
May 7 – 5pm doors, concert at 6pm, $20 or PWYC
